Lexycom Technologies Inc. Introduces the Tiamis-800L Software Defined Radio.
Longmont, CO--Lexycom Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of software defined radios,
announces the introduction of the Tiamis-800L - a data diverse, 902-928 MHz, spread
spectrum, software defined radio.
The Tiamis-800L is a fully digital, user programmable data transceiver that easily
avoids interference by utilizing frequency hopping spread spectrum technology.
Coupled with the user selectable hop rate, selectable hop tables, and a choice of AES,
DES, or 3DES for data encryption, this transceiver ensures reliable, secure, wireless
communications even in the most complex environments.
The Tiamis-800L supports Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multipoint, TDMA, and Peer-to-Peer
network topologies. Any single radio can be configured as a master, slave or repeater.
All radios are backward compatible.
The Tiamis-800L also comes equipped with a user interchangeable data interface with
a choice of RS232, RS422, RS485, Ethernet, and digital IO's for maximum data
flexibility. The easily configurable software and on-board firmware bank provide the
user with a quick and efficient method for data selection, radio setup, and network
configuration.
