Longmont, CO--Lexycom Technologies Inc. manufacturer of software defined radios,
introduces its proprietary On-Board Firmware Bank functionality - an
innovative approach to storing and managing multiple source codes.
The Lexycom On-Board Firmware Bank is capable of storing multiple versions of user
selectable firmware in one radio. Seven on-board firmware storage files combined with
the Tiamis-800 configurable software allow the user to select, download, upload,
update, and store a variety of firmware in one on-board bank. This feature makes an
excellent choice for mobile field applications, applications that require multiple data
inputs and general data communication applications that require a cost effective
approach to data flexibility. The Tiamis-800 radio and the user interchangeable
interface board provide quick and easy data solutions in one small, data diverse,
software defined package.
