Lexycom Technologies Inc. Announces Single Radio Repeater Functionality for
its Software Defined Transceivers
Longmont, CO--Lexycom Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of software defined radios,
has incorporated single radio repeater functionality into their firmware. For the user's
convenience, each individual radio is now capable of being configured as a master,
slave, or repeater. The store-and-forward capability of the Lexycom radio eliminates
the need to use two radios back to back in an effort to provide repeater functionality.
A single repeater radio can be used to extend the range of a network, or to increase
signal strength to overcome obstacles. The number of repeaters that can be used in a
single network is unlimited.
